On June 5, 2015, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana suspended a New Orleans lawyer from the practice of law in the district for conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice. On June 15, 2015, the court stayed that order and sealed the record. See Order of June 15, 2015. As a result, this post was taken down pending resolution of various motions.
