July 2019 Discipline

These lawyers were the subject of Louisiana Supreme Court disciplinary orders or Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board recommendations published during the month of July 2019.

Louisiana Supreme Court

  1. Gregory Joseph St. Angelo. The court suspended the respondent on an interim basis pending further orders of the court. Mr. St. Angelo recently pleaded guilty to committing various federal crimes.
  2. Laura Blair Naquin Green. The court transferred the respondent to disability inactive status effective immediately.

Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board

  1. Laura J. Johnson. The board recommended that the Louisiana Supreme Court disbar the respondent retroactive to the date of her interim suspension. The respondent violated Rules 8.4(a), 8.4(b), 8.4(c) and 8.4(d).

LADB Hearing Committees

  1. Michael Sean Reid. Hearing Committee #6 recommended that the Louisiana Supreme Court permanently disbar the respondent and order him to pay restitution to his clients and the Client Assistance Fund. The respondent improperly converted unearned fees for his personal use.
