The ABA Task Force on the Future of Legal Education is hard at work. Its most recent “working paper,” which it released in anticipation of a public hearing and meeting next week in San Francisco, suggests that perhaps the ABA has had an epiphany. One of the “themes” in the paper is, get this, that “There Should be Clear Recognition that Law Schools Exist to Teach People to Provide Law-Related Services.” Who knew?
